Unfortunately, because of insufficient subsidies, we are not able to offer the authors the about 1000 pages in colours book. However, they may purchase it at half price, that is CHF 75.- + shipping.
All the authors will receive, moreover, a digital version of their article (PDF).
The AIPMA members in good standing can buy the Proceedings at the special price of CHF 119.- + shipping.
